The Properties window is where the Bill element data is edited. The information displayed will vary according to the BoQ element type selected.
In this example, a Bill Item has been selected, and therefore displays the Long Description, Quantity & Unit of Measure.
Note:
As well as the Quantity*Selling Rate = Total, the yellow 'Summary' field includes an annotation as to whether the rate is calculated [C] or pegged [P]
