This section shows you how to make a selection of required items by applying a filter. Once the filter has been applied the BoQ Tree will indicate which items have been selected by placing a red tick beside each one.
•To Apply a Filter
1. Click the mouse on the Go To tab and select the Select Filter option.
2. Using the list of values, select the value to Apply Filters in Project.
3. Optionally, click the mouse on the check box to clear any previous selection before applying this filter.
4. Click the mouse on OK to apply the filter and mark the items in the BoQ Tree accordingly.
•To Select All items in the BoQ Tree
1. Click the mouse on the Go To tab, in the Selection section click Select All.
This will select all items in the BoQ Tree.
•To clear a Filter (De-select Items)
1. Click the mouse on Edit from the menu bar, choose Selection Set and Clear All, or click the mouse on the Remove all from Selection button on the Selection Toolbar. This will undo all the selections previously made.
