Tags can be added to your job at any time. It is likely that you will build up your list of tags as you work through your job by adding new tags as and when required.

 

 

To edit your job Tags

1. Click the mouse on the mouse on the Tags icon on the Components menu, or select Edit, Components and Tags from the menu bar. Valesco opens the Tags window.



You may choose to amend your list by using any of the following functions:

 

 

Close Close the current window when all changes have been made.

New Add a new Tag to your job list.

Edit Amend an existing record.

Delete Delete an existing record.

Move Up Move the highlighted record up the order of the list.

Move Down Move the highlighted record down the order of the list.

 


To add a new Tag

1. From the Tag window, click the mouse on the New button. Valesco opens the Tags Details window.



2. Enter the new tag label in the Name field.

 

3. Set the "Create Filter" checkbox (default). When set, Valesco automatically creates a filter condition for the Tag.

 

4. Check the Read Only check-box if you do not wish the tag to be amended.

 

5. Add any additional notes on the Notes tab.

 

6. Click the mouse on Close to save the entry and close the Tag details window.

 

 

To delete a Tag

1. Highlight the required Tag from the list.

 

2. Click the mouse on the Delete button.

 

3. Confirm the deletion of the Tag when prompted.

 

Warning: Deleting a Tag will remove the tag from the whole job. All items assigned with that tag will lose the deleted assignment.
