There are three further fields which can be filled:

(e.g. a lump sum for preliminaries)

Percentage Adjustment
Used to record the percentage adjustment to the prices received from that Subcontractor.
(e.g. a discount or a surcharge)

Include LS
Check this box to apply the Percentage Adjustment which includes the Lump Sum amount to the subcontract rates.

Cost Type Exclusions

Cost Type Exclusions allow you to deal with Trades where a Subcontractor does not quote for all Labour, Plant and Materials for the Trade package.
For examplewhere a Subcontractor quotes for ‘Labour Only brickwork. In this case you need to check the portion of the works which are not included by the Subcontractor.

To indicate Cost Type Exclusions

1. Click the mouse on the Cost Type Exclusions tab.

2. Check the check box to indicate the portion of cost not included in the subcontractor’s rate (e.g. Material)

3. Click Close to accept
