Create a S/C Contract Enquiry document
After the Bill has been coded, an Enquiry Bill of Quantities can be created for each S/C Category/Trade.
As each S/C Category/Trade has an associated BoQ Filter, Bill Items can be extracted from the main document and these ‘selected’ items can be Printed, or exported to Excel as a bespoke Enquiry.
Export a S/C Contract Enquiry to Excel
First of all, make sure Excel is open in the background.
Select the report you wish to export, and click ‘>>Excel’
This will open a new Excel document….
This document is protected, and only allows the Rate to be entered. The Amount field already has the formulas built-in.
